Due to the tailored and time-sensitive nature of our offerings, we uphold a no-refund policy once an order has been confirmed, or payment has been successfully processed.
If you wish to cancel your request, please notify us by sending an email to info@insightsfuse.com within 3 to 4 hours of placing the order. Cancellations will be considered only if work on the project has not yet commenced or if the order is canceled internally for any operational reason. Unfortunately, requests made beyond this window, or after project execution has begun, will not be entertained.
We advise all clients to carefully assess their requirements and consult with our team if needed before finalizing an order. Our support staff is always available to assist with any service-related inquiries beforehand.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
For services that include physical components—such as printed publications or branded merchandise—Insightsfuse offers delivery through trusted third-party logistics partners on a demand-driven basis.
When physical items are to be shipped:
- Clients will be notified of estimated delivery timelines and any applicable shipping charges in advance.
- For deliveries within India, orders typically arrive within 7 to 10 working days post-dispatch; however, delays may occur due to external factors.
- Upon request, tracking details will be shared via email once the package has been shipped.
- Insightsfuse is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier agencies, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
